What is The Lazy Digital Dealers?
The Lazy Digital Dealers (LDD) is an online marketplace where independent sellers offer digital products: templates, presets, ebooks, courses, tools, and more. You browse the catalog, buy, and download your products right after payment.
Do I need an account to buy?
Yes, a free account is required to place an order, track your purchases and find your downloads at any time from your customer area.
How does the marketplace work?
Each seller manages their own shop on LDD. You can browse products by category or by seller, add them to your cart, then pay for your order in one go even if the products come from different sellers.

Which payment methods are accepted?
LDD accepts payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) as well as PayPal. All transactions are secured and encrypted.
Can I buy products from several sellers in a single order?
Yes. You can add products from different sellers to the same cart and pay for everything in a single transaction.
What if my payment is declined?
Check that your card details are correct and that you have sufficient funds. If the problem persists, contact your bank or our support via the Contact page.
Become a seller
How do I become a seller on LDD?
Go to the “Become a seller” page, create your shop and complete your seller profile. Your application is then reviewed by our team before approval.
What commissions are taken on my sales?
LDD takes a commission on each sale made to cover the platform's costs. The exact rate is shown in your seller dashboard.
How and when do I get paid as a seller?
Your earnings are credited to your seller dashboard and paid out according to the payout schedule set in your settings (bank transfer or PayPal depending on configuration).
Downloads & Licenses
How do I get my files after purchase?
Once your order is confirmed, your files are available for immediate download from your customer area, under “Downloads”.
Can I re-download a product I already bought?
Yes, your purchases remain accessible in your account and you can re-download them at any time.
Which license applies to the digital products I buy?
Each product states its usage license on its page (personal use, commercial, etc.). Check the product description before buying to know the exact terms.

How do I create or edit my account?
You can create a free account via the login button, and edit your personal information at any time from your customer area.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
Use the “Forgot password” link on the login page to receive a reset email.
Is my personal data protected?
Yes, your data is processed confidentially and securely, in accordance with our privacy policy.
Refunds & Support
Can I get a refund on a digital product?
Since digital products are delivered instantly, refunds are reviewed case by case (defective file, non-conformity, etc.). Contact the seller or our support with your order number.
How do I contact LDD support?
You can contact us via the Contact page or directly from the relevant seller's shop for any question about a product.
A product doesn't work as expected, what should I do?
First contact the seller via their shop page for help. If the problem isn't resolved, our support team can step in to mediate.
